Laura Whitridge is the Founder of TreeTown Strategy LLC.  TreeTown Strategy supports organizations in developing a long-range vision and identifying the critical steps required to achieve that vision of success.   Laura has 20 years of experience in strategy development and consulting with a focus on creating and executing strategies for businesses looking to accelerate growth.

Laura specializes in facilitating strategic planning processes that assess economic factors and trends, competitor positioning, customer needs, and internal strengths and weaknesses to drive agreement on the mission, vision, and goals of an organization.

Resources are always limited, especially for organizations in a growth mode.   Laura is practiced in creating data driven systems to prioritize strategic initiatives so that the greatest impact can be achieved with the most efficient investment level.  Laura has a background in project management and can also provide support in execution and tracking of key projects.

In addition to Strategic Plan Development and Execution Support, Laura has experience in Organization and Operating Model Assessments, Market or Product Viability Assessments, and Development of Go to Market Strategies.

Laura attended the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as an MBA from the Ross School of Business.
